Team Challenge is around the corner!-If you'd like to be on a MSEDA team, please send your 2010 USEA sanctioned show results (include your dressage score, XC and SJ penalties) to Lynn Miles at pollykinz@aol.com Team selection will be done on September 1st (a week before opening date) and you will be notified by email if you are chosen for a team. MSEDA will pay $100 toward your entry and Buck Davidson will be coaching all levels of MSEDA teams at the event. Don't miss your chance to ride for MSEDA!!
 
Volunteers Needed for MSEDA's Annual Dressage Show, Friday-Sunday, September 3-5, 2010-Volunteers are needed for the annual MSEDA USEF/USDF dressage show.  Because of the WEG, the show will be held at Majestic Farm in Batavia, Ohio (outside Cincinnati) this year. We need scribes, scorers, runners, and ring stewards, in addition to people who can work before the show to prepare the grounds and the stabling area.  At least four hours of volunteer time at this show or at Team Challenge are needed in order to qualify for MSEDA year-end awards.   If you are interested in helping out, please contact Meg Upchurch at mupchurch@transy.edu or (859) 268-3217

New Contact Information for MSEDA Official-Trish Hammer, an "L" graduate dressage judge and MSEDA-licensed dressage and eventing TD, has a new email address and can now be reached at tricia.hammer@att.net.
 
 
ICP Jumping Workshop Level I/II-August 30 and September 1st, there will be a ICP Jumping Workshop for Level I/II in Lexington KY at Westwind Farm.  The workshop will be help on August 30th and September 1st.  Since it will be two days instead of three openings are limited.  Please let me know if you are interested in participating as an Instructor Candidate, Auditor, or demo rider.  Demo riders will receive free lessons for their participation from the instructor candidates.  More information can be found on www.useventing.com under the ICP icon.  This particular workshop will be posted on line next week.   I am happy to provide any information you need.
