Publishing and Advertising Information for the MSEDA News

 

MSEDA members and others are invited to submit articles and advertise in the newsletter. Our membership of over 400 reaching out to a 5 state area, is one of the largest GMO’s in the east. The newsletter is mailed the first week of the month, non-profit bulk rate.

DEADLINES

  • The 15th of the month preceeding publication.  (i.e.e: March issue ads would be submitted by Feb-15th)
  •  Late materials will be held for next issue or retruned if out of date.

ADVERTISING(please include MSEDA Membership number)

  • Classified Ads - $5 per add,(50 words or less, text subject to editing) 
  • Business cards - $10 per card, black ink & white card publishes best.  
  • Display ads:
    - Full page = $35
    - Half page = $28
    - 1/4 page = $21  
  • Show Bills
    - $35 for the 1st page
    - $25 for the 2nd

    Submission Guidlines  

  • All rates are per issue  
  • Full Page size: 8 ½" by 11" - all margins ½” ***  
  • No item printed without accompanying payment  
  • Everything CAMERA READY - BLACK Ink, WHITE Paper

    NEW!! Multiple Insertion Rates
    Anyone wishing to be a regular advertiser in the MSEDA newsletter will receive 2 months free advertising when paying for an entire year at once. This will hold true for all ad classifications. For example, a full year of full page ads would be $350 instead of $420, a full year of business card ads would be $100 instead of $120, etc. Please be sure to indicate on your check that the ad is to run all year. 
     

MSEDA Sanctioned events:

  • Show bills are included in your sanctioning fee – If they are received by the deadline.  
  • Sanctioning Chairman will notify Editor of number of pages – which is determined by sanctioning deadline.  

Show Results must be in proper format for publication.
